Shipping policy

 

    • For orders containing only in-stock items, we aim to dispatch within 48 hours on business days. Please allow an additional 3 working days for local delivery after dispatch.

      Some orders may require extra processing time. If an item is backordered or if there are unexpected delays, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

      Saturday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
      Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays

      Please collect your order within 14 days from the date you receive your collection notification. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be cancelled or returned to stock.
